- Reach out to admissions@mitchell.edu to identify and complete any eligibility requirements
- Follow the Mohegan Sun Direct Bill Process with Mitchell College to obtain HR approval and any Tuition Reimbursement support.
- Submit Direct Bill Approval form and Mitchell College’s Promissory Note to admissions@mitchell.edu for enrollment.
Professional Certification & Training
The Mitchell Hub is an online professional program where learners develop critical skills for their current jobs or future careers and earn industry-recognized certifications and coursework. We will work with Mohegan Sun to tailor coursework and learning paths to your specific workforce goals and objectives, and/or provide your employees access to choose their own courses. You and your employees receive direct support and attention throughout the entire process to support and track successful course completion.
Self-Paced Certification Courses
Mohegan Sun employees can take courses in the areas they need, including hospitality, human resources, accounting, IT, Excel, personal training, and more. The Hub can create a Mohegan Sun customized catalog of courses.

Online Accelerated Courses
Mitchell College MiniMesters
MiniMesters offer a unique opportunity to take a full college course and earn 3 credits in a compressed timeframe. Students can work towards earning a degree, catch up on credits to graduate on time, or explore an interest outside of a specific area of study. Courses are offered online for maximum convenience and flexibility and are an excellent option for people who work to explore their academic and personal interests.

Degree Programs
Online Degree Program
The Bachelor of Arts in Professional Studies is an online degree completion program for adult learners who have earned college credits and are seeking to complete their degree. The program is designed specifically for busy adults who may be juggling work and family obligations and need a flexible and supportive college program. Under an instructor’s guidance, students learn at their own pace but must complete a course in 8 weeks (5 weeks in summer). Your employees can start the program whenever they are ready—spring, summer, or fall—and may take courses throughout the year to accelerate completion. Students choose from one of two tracks:
- Business: Focuses on environmental, social, and economic systems and emerging trends affecting contemporary business operations to prepare for a variety of careers in the
business world. - Health and Human Services: Helps develop the tools needed to make a positive impact
in your community, including physical and mental health, ethics, communication, and
organizational leadership.

For those who have flexible or night-time work schedules, Mitchell College offers traditional daytime classes in a wide range of career-focused disciplines. Learners can take individual classes or work toward earning a degree as a part-time student.
