This course takes a you-centered approach to identifying your strengths and areas you want to strengthen around planning and exercising conscious control over how you spend your time. You will select strategies to prioritize tasks, set goals, and allocate time appropriately to ensure that important tasks are completed that work for you and develop a plan to apply them in your professional context. In short – this course is about you and taking control of your time.

- Select and implement reflection approaches to develop self-awareness of strengths and challenges in your professional context.
- Articulate time management skills using asset-based language.
PART 2: Here are some strategies. What works best for me
- Evaluate time management strategies & tactics for alignment with one’s own skills.
PART 3: How would I implement the strategies in my work and life
- Create a projection of applying time management strategies and/or tactics within your own professional context.
- Develop implementation goals for strategies and/or tactics beyond the course.

Dr. Maureen Dunne is a cognitive scientist, neurodiversity expert, keynote speaker and neurodivergent leader who has served as a senior adviser and lead trainer to some of the world’s top brands, Fortune 500 companies, educational institutions, philanthropic foundations, venture capital funds and government officials. She is the author of the National Bestseller, The Neurodiversity Edge: The Essential Guide to Embracing Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and Other Neurological Differences for Any Organization. Her work has been featured in prestigious outlets such as Armchair Expert with Dax Shepard, Harper’s Bazaar, MIT Sloan Management Review, Fast Company, Inside Higher Ed, Forbes, Bloomberg, and Big Think, among many others. She is the first community college graduate to be named a Rhodes Scholar, where she earned her doctorate from the University of Oxford.
