Liz Green, OTR/L, is the Founder and CEO of Link Consulting, creator of Neurohub Learning, an evidence-based digital platform designed to support a broad range of students and professionals navigating complex educational and employment systems by using an inclusive, strengths-based approach benefits.
With over 24 years of experience as an occupational therapist across pediatric and adult settings, Liz brings a deep understanding of executive functioning, burnout prevention, self-advocacy, and real-world participation.
Liz collaborates with colleges, workforce development organizations, employers, and public systems to pilot and scale inclusive support models that improve persistence, engagement, and career readiness. Her work emphasizes practical, data-informed solutions that align with institutional goals around equity, access, and outcomes.
She has presented at regional and national conferences including the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Occupational Therapy Association of Colorado (OTAC), and the College Autism Network (CAN), and is actively engaged in advancing neurodiversity-affirming practices within cybersecurity and other high-growth industries.
