The Mitchell Hub is an online professional program where learners develop critical skills for their current jobs or future careers and earn industry-recognized certifications and coursework.
Online, self-paced
To enroll in a course, you must first fill out an External Training Request form, seek approval from your Supervisor, and then once HR has made the final approval, you will be notified of your enrollment in the course.

Learn the strengths of neurodiversity in the workplace and the strategies for developing an inviting working environment.
Certification
Courses
These courses are aligned with, and often prepare for, certification exams. Instructors are available throughout for questions and feedback.
Courses are self-paced and take a few months to complete, depending on the topic.
Professional
Skill Courses
Professional skill courses focus on specific areas of expertise and growth. They can be taken self-paced or moderated.
Courses can be completed in 4-6 weeks.
