Jennifer Sullivan is a keynote speaker and CEO of Fast Forward College Coaching, a dynamic company dedicated to empowering neurodiverse young adults to excel in both college and their future careers. With over 24 years of experience in higher education, Jennifer’s expertise is not just theoretical but deeply practical. Her insights are captured in her book and workbook, crafted to guide neurodiverse students and their families through the often challenging transition to college. She is currently writing her fourth publication.

In 2021 and 2022, Jennifer was an inaugural facilitator for Connecticut’s Customized Employment certification course, shaping how professionals support neurodiverse individuals in the workplace. Currently, she serves as a Connecticut Charting the Lifecourse Ambassador and has presented at numerous conferences including the Learning Disabilities of America (LDA) annual conference, OCALICON, Texas Autism Conference, Postsecondary Training Institute, Rhode Island College Planning Forum, and the LEARN Disability Summit.
