Grant Harris, MBA, is a CDE (Certified Neurodiversity Executive), author, and identifies as autistic, and is champion of all kinds of minds in business. He has spoken about how to move beyond compliance and communicate inclusivity and takes a kind-hearted, savvy approach to leveraging the strengths of teams and strengthening their communications.

He is the founder of a consulting firm supporting inclusive business practices including those in the book he authored, Unlocking Diversity Equity and Inclusion for Success: How to Create a DEI Framework, Develop Policies & Procedures, Measure Progress and Accountability, Make Systematic Changes in the Workplace. He also is a keynote speaker.
