Craig M. Fisk is an accomplished manufacturing and operations leader with over 25 years of experience driving performance, efficiency, and innovation in complex industrial environments. Currently serving as Director of New Products at Jeffco Fibres, Craig specializes in integrating new product development into manufacturing operations, optimizing production systems, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable results. His leadership has consistently produced record-setting improvements in throughput, cost reduction, and team performance.

Prior to his current role, Craig held a series of progressive leadership positions at both Jeffco Fibres and Rogers Corporation, where he developed deep expertise in operational strategy, lean manufacturing, and employee engagement. He is known for his ability to turn strategic vision into operational success. Craig holds both an Executive MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Nichols College.
