Dr. Jess Monahan is a neurodivergent researcher, advocate, and educator committed to improving outcomes for disabled folx through meaningful, collaborative research.  Dr. Monahan is acutely aware of the systematic barriers in education and employment for the disabled community and uses their lived experiences to inform their work.

They are an experienced qualitative and quantitative researcher and program manager with compelling and persuasive oral and written skills with a record of peer-reviewed publications, successful grant obtainment and several invited presentations.
